Good news to all our friends and fans in Singapore! Boracay just got one step closer!

Tiger Airways Philippines will start flying to Kalibo straight from Singapore on July 18, 2013. Tiger is the first and only airline to operate this route.

The direct flights will allow passengers to skip the usual Manila or Cebu leg to reach Boracay, one of the most popular destinations in Asia. This is perfect for all OFWs in Singapore who have always dreamt of stepping on the fine, fine sand that cover the beaches of Boracay. Singaporeans and other foreigners on a backpacking trip who wish to explore this side of the Visayas will also save time, money, and effort. This also opens Singapore to more Filipino tourists coming from Aklan, Iloilo, Capiz, and Antique.

The newly rebranded Tiger Airways Philippines, formerly SEAIR,  adds this route to their growing list of destinations, which includes Hong Kong and Bangkok, and Bacolod, Cebu, Laoag, Iloilo, Tacloban, Manila, and Puerto Princesa.
