Tali Beach Subdivision harbors several beaches, and Palm Beach is one of them. With a relatively fewer visitors, this part of Nasugbu in Batangas boasts a well-preserved, rustic beach feel. You are permitted to enter Palm Beach by booking one of the vacation houses offered by residents or registered members themselves. Just familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations set by the management and follow them.


How to Get to Palm Beach (Tali)

Nearest Airport: Ninoy Aquino International Airport, also known as Manila International Airport (Manila)

By Land

Visitors need to present a vehicle pass (or a copy of Authorized Pass) at the gate to enter Tali Beach Subdivision, so getting here by private vehicle is recommended. The journey from Manila to Tali Beach takes around three hours.

You can easily turn on your Waze or Google Maps to help you navigate. Here’s a quick overview of the two routes:

Via SLEX

  1. Take SLEX, then exit via Mamplasan.
  2. After exiting, you’ll immediately see the entrance to CALAX. Continue driving along CALAX, then take the Tagaytay Exit.
  3. Turn onto the road going to Nasugbu, Batangas, and keep driving until you reach Palico Junction.
  4. At Palico junction, take a right turn and continue along the highway until you reach the rotonda/roundabout.
  5. Turn right onto JP Laurel Street leading to Nasugbu town proper.
  6. Continue driving along JP Laurel Street and Ternate-Nasugbu Road, then turn right toward Tali Beach Subdivision.
  7. You’ll eventually reach a fork where the entrance gate of Tali Beach Subdivision is located.

Via CAVITEX

  1. Take CAVITEX, then exit at Kawit.
  2. Continue driving along Antero Soriano Highway and Governor’s Drive, passing through Tanza, Naic, Maragondon, and Ternate.
  3. Drive carefully along the winding road leading to Kaybiang Tunnel.
  4. Keep driving along Ternate-Nasugbu Road, then turn left toward Tali Beach Subdivision.
  5. You’ll eventually reach a fork where the entrance gate of Tali Beach Subdivision is located.

  • Camping Fee: Since the beach is located within a private residential area, camping is not really a thing here and is generally not allowed.
  • Cottage Rental Fee: Rates vary depending on the resort or booked property.
  • Nasugbu Environmental Fee: P30/person
  • Parking Fee: Parking is usually provided by the resort or booked property.

Don’t Miss

  • Explore other beaches, including Tali Beach (Main Beach), Barrier Beach, Sunset Beach, Coral Garden Beach, Secret Beach, and Marina Beach.
  • Head over to Sunset Beach, where the cliff-diving site is located.
  • Go offshore and snorkel or dive in deeper waters.
  • You can ask around for boat and equipment rentals if you want to do some water sports like kayak, paddleboard, etc.

Don’t Forget

  • It’s best to book and reserve your accommodation in advance because they usually don’t allow walk-in guests.
  • Keep the place clean and respect the neighborhood.
  • Follow the house rules and the subdivision’s visitor guidelines.

If You Have More Time and Budget

  • Visit other attractions in Nasugbu like Fortune Island, Punta Fuego, Hamilo Coast, Canyon Cove, and Calayo Island/Beach Hopping.
  • Make a quick side trip to Tagaytay before driving back to Manila.
  • If you are into hiking, you can scale Mount Batulao or Mount Talamitam. Both are located in Nasugbu. Mount Palay-Palay or Pico de Loro, which reopened to the public in 2023, is also a possible hike. The jump-off point is in Ternate, Cavite (DENR Station).
